  My kids went to this church for about 8 months and they loved it the people were so nice and seemed so caring but about 2 weeks ago I was reading a book with my 6 year old daughter and I told her she was very intelligent, she said "I know mommy and guess what else I know?" I asked her "what's that baby girl?" I was expecting her to tell me something she had learned at school that day but instead she said "I know that you put drugs into a needle, put the needle into your skin and push the button and it goes into your body." As my mouth drops and tears fill my eyes, my 4 year old boy speaks up and says "yeah mommy I know that too" and begins to repeat his sister. Trying to hold back tears I asked them where in the world they learned this from?! They both told me they learned it from the Sunday school teacher at church. I was confused and upset that they learned it at church. I contacted the church and asked them about this situation and the lady told me that it was taught as an object lesson.. In my opinion it's one thing to show kids pictures and encourage them to say no and inform them of what not to touch as the public schools do but it's another to tell them how it's actually used.. No child especially that young should know ANY of those things and I feel they should have asked the parents permission before even teaching and explaining these things.. My kids are no longer attending this church and I advise any parents that have children that go to this church to question their child about things they have learned here..
